Agrawal Order On Board 21/09/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the State would submit that impugned order dated 15.03.2017 passed by respondent No.2Collector, Balrampur is revisable before the Commissioner. (2) At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be permitted to prefer

revision before the Commissioner within a period of 10 days from today.

(3) The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable. (4) The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to prefer revision before the Commissioner. If such revision is filed by the petitioner within a period of 10 days from today and, in turn, the Commissioner shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law, after affording proper opportunity of hearing to the parties expeditiously from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

(5) The certified copy of the impugned order be returned to the counsel for the petitioner, after furnishing an attested photocopy thereof.
