Agrawal Order On Board 19/09/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's appeal under Section 14 of the Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act, 2005 and the application for grant of stay are still pending before the respondent No.1 since 10.08.2017 and therefore direction may be issued to decide the same expeditiously. (2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(3) Be that as it may, the respondent No.1 is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's appeal expeditiously preferably within a period of three months and the application for grant of stay be decided

within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
