AWARD (Passed on 12th December, 2015) The contesting parties ofthis appeal^e. the appellant and the respondent No. 1, have amicably settled/compromised the dispute which-is subject matter of this appeal voluntarily. We h-av.e'also found that the terms and conditions of compromise/settlement arrived at between fhe contesting parties are just, proper and legal and hence are acceptable, We accordingly accept the compromise/settlement proposed by the parties and order that :

The terms of compromise as mentioned in the compromise petition filed shall form part of the decree. The appeal is disposed of as per the terms and conditions mentioned below :

"As appellant Duklaha Satnami accepted respondent No. Lalita Bai as his daughter on which she got social status. On this term respondent No. waived her right on decree and prays to set aside the judgment and decree dated 15-6-2011 passed in Civil Suit No. 12-A/2011. Appellant is the sole owner of properties."

In view of the provisions contained in Section 21 of the Legai Services Authority Act, 19.87, the court fee paid by the appellant shall be refunded. Let a certificate of refund of court fee be issued in accordance with the Court Fees Act in favour of the appellants.
