Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the appellant has filed an appeal against conviction in which application for suspension of sentence has been allowed and appellant was granted bail on 07.07.2016. However, as the Sessions Trial Number, date of judgment, full address of the appellant and name of Police Station have not been mentioned, the learned trial Court has rejected the application.

Having considered submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, it is ordered that the suspension of sentence in connection with Sessions Trial No. 49/2014 (State Vs. Ramakant Sen), Kabirdham (Kawardha) in connection with Crime No. 125/2014, Police Station, Pipariya, Civil and Revenue District - Kabirdham (Kawardha) for alleged commission of offence under Section 326 of IPC.

As all the clarifications have now been made, learned Sessions Judge is directed to accept the application and pass necessary order on the same date, on which the application is moved. 5.
