This is the second application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.123/2017, registered at Police Station Bhatgaon, District Surajpur (CG) for the offence punishable under Section 304B/34 of IPC.

3. After hearing learned counsel for the parties for sometime and considering para 4 of the statement of PW-1 Sabeena Khatoon, mother of the deceased, without commenting on the merits of trial, no case for grant of bail is made out.
