At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the parties would jointly and fairly submit that the issue involved in the present writ petition has already been considered and decided by this Court in W.P.(S) No.363/2015 {Amit Rao Vs. Chhattisgarh State Power Distribution Company Ltd. and others} and other connected matters, therefore, this writ petition may be disposed of in terms of Amit Rao (supra).

2. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Court in Amit Rao (supra).

3. A copy of the order passed in Amit Rao (supra) be placed in the record of the present writ petition.
