1. Heard.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was subject to disciplinary action for negligence of duty during election which was subject of appeal. Thereafter, revision was preferred in which the punishment inflicted was reduced. Consequently, the petitioner would be entitled for payment of salary during the suspension period and other benefits in the salary along with the arrears of payment with interest. He

further submits that at this stage the petitioner had made a representation ( Annexure P-6) dated 19.12.2019 to the Divisional Security Commissioner, Railway Protection Force (Respondent No. 4) which may be directed to be decided within a limited period.

3. Considering the limited prayer made, it is directed that the Divisional Security Commissioner, Railway Protection Force (Respondent No. 4) shall decide the representation of the petitioner (Annexure P-6) within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
