After hearing learned counsel for the parties it appears the matter in issue is covered by decision rendered by this Court in W.P.(S) No. 4237 of 2012, Manendra Kumar & others vs. State of Chhattisgarh & others decided on 23/10/2013. Similar order has been passed by this Court in W.P.(S) No. 1169 of 2014, Thaneshwar Prasad Sahu and another vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others, decided on 23/02/2015.

For the foregoing, this writ petition is also disposed of in the same terms. The order passed in the case of Manendra Kumar (supra) shall be placed in the record of this writ petition. The exercise, in relation to the petitioner's candidature, be completed, as indicated in para 9 of the order passed in the matter of Manendra Kumar (supra) subject to availability of the post.
