1. At the very outset, learned counsel for the parties would fairly submit that the matter in issue has already been considered and decided by this Court in Raja Ram Kosle Vs. Chhattisgarh State Power Distribution Company Ltd {WPS No.360/2015 & other connected matters} on 8.4.2015 and the present writ petition may also be decided in the same terms.

2. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Court in Raja Ram Kosle, referred to above.
