1. This is an application for restoration of F.A.M. No. 75/2016 which was dismissed for want of prosecution vide Court order dated 16.08.2017.

2. On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, it is allowed and F.A.M. No. 75/2016 is directed to be restored to its original number, subject, however, on payment of cost of Rs. 2000/- to the High Court of Chhattisgarh Middle Income Group Legal Aid Society within a period of one week.
