Versus
Smt. Leela Bhaduram, Wd/o. Bhaduam Tambe, aged about 62 years, R/o. House No.549, Road No.7, Shanti Nagar, P.S.-Supela, Bhilai, Tahsil and District Durg. ---- Respondent For Applicant:
Shri Pallav Mishra, Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 06/07/2015 Heard.
(1) By the impugned order dated 25.03.2015, learned Family Court, Durg has directed the applicant to pay arrears of maintenance allowance to the non-applicant/mother of the applicant. (2) Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that he is not liable to pay the said amount.
(3) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the applicant, this Court is of the opinion that this revision is liable to be rejected on the
ground that by the order dated 06.01.2012 with the consent of the parties, an amount of Rs. 2,000/- per month maintenance was fixed between the parties and since that amount was not paid, therefore, by the impugned order that amount was directed to be paid and, as such, there is no jurisdictional error warranting interference by this Court in its revisional jurisdiction.
(4) The revision deserves to be and is accordingly dismissed. (Sanjay K. Agrawal) Judge L/-
