Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 14/03/2018 The petitioner is partly aggrieved by promotion order dated 07/02/2018 to the extent that he has been given posting at a particular place and he has not been given seniority from the due date as claimed by him. 2.

Though number of grounds have been raised in this petition, considering that nothing relates to jurisdiction, malafides or issue of opportunity of hearing, I am not inclined to entertain this petition when the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing statutory appeal under Chhattisgarh Panchayat (Appeal and Revision) Rules, 1995. 3.
