Agrawal Order On Board / 1 0/201 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has compulsorily retired from the Madhya Pradesh Housing Board on 4.4.2002 and his representation against his compulsory retirement has also been rejected on 16.8.2004 and, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach before the High Court of Madhya Pradesh for redressal of his grievances. (2) Libety is granted, as prayed for.

(3) Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid.
