1. The counsel for the petitioner submits that against some information the petitioner had sought for from the Respondent No. 2 and 3, he has preferred a second appeal before the Respondent No. 1 on 07.02.2019. However, till date no decision on the said appeal has been taken.

2. Given the said facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of

-2the opinion that ends of justice would meet, if the respondent no. 1 is directed to take a decision on the appeal/application that the petitioner has filed on 07.02.2019 at the earliest.
