Learned counsel for the appellant seeks to withdraw the present appeal. The appeal is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. 2.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that now he is not contesting the matter on merits, he may be granted some time to vacate the premises. Four months time is sought. It would be reasonable to allow the appellant that much time to take necessary steps for removing his business from the present occupation. Immediately after four months the appellant shall vacate the premises.
