1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that shifting of poultry shop to new Haat Bazaar is not possible to non-availability of water, electricity and other facilities.

2. Be that as it may, the petitioner is permitted to make a representation before Nagar Panchayat Kharora, who will consider and decide the petitioner's representation within two weeks from the date of its receipt along a copy of this order and if water, electricity and other facilities are not available, Nagar Panchayat Kharora shall take appropriate steps for providing such facilities to the petitioner.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands

disposed off. No cost(s).
