Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 27/07/2016 This petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging order dated 17/05/2016 by which, petitioner's application for grant of compensation has been rejected by the Commissioner, Workmen Compensation in proceedings drawn in Employees Compensation Act, 1923.

Without entering into the merits of the case, as there is a statutory provision of filing appeal under Section 30 of the said Act, this petition is dismissed with liberty to file appeal.
