1. The matter is to challenge the order dated 19.02.2010, whereby service of the Petitioner was transferred.

2. There is no representation on behalf of the Petitioner today.

3. Taking into consideration the fact that the matter of transfer is five year old and the Petitioner did not get any interim protection after filing of the Writ Petition, the matter by influx of time has rendered infructuous.
