The limited grievance of the petitioner in the instant case is for reconsidering his transfer from present place of posting. The petitioner was promoted to the post of lecturer (Hindi) vide order dated 30.05.2017 and was transfered on promotion from Katghora, District Korba to Marwahi District Bilaspur. As per order the petitioner had also assumed his charge on 06.06.2017. Subsequently in August 2017, the petitioner has moved an application to the competent authority for posting him back Katghora, District Korba, C.G.

He submits that the present writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the concerned authority to consider the representation of the petitioner. This court does not find any strong case made out by the
petitioner for issuance of such direction. The earlier order of promotion of the petitioner has been dully complied with by the petitioner. 3.
Subsequently, now if the petitioner wants a change of his posting i.e. exclusively within the domain of the respondent to decide and consider the request of the petitioner.

This Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition except for directing the petitioner to ventilate his grievance before the respondents. 5.
