Versus
1. State of Chhattisgarh through the Secretary, Department of Agriculture & Soil Conservation, D.K.S. Bhawan, Raipur (CG)
2. Deputy Director, Agriculture & Soil Conservation Department, Raipur (CG)
3. Assistant Soil Conservation Officer, Sub Division Gariyaband, Distt. Raipur (CG)
4. Accountant General of C.G. Raipur, Distt. Raipur (CG) ---- Respondents For Petitioner :
Shri F. S. Khare, Advocate For Respondents/State :
Shri Avinash Singh, Panel Lawyer Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 12/04/2017 The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is the illegal deduction of an amount of Rs.18,135/- from the GPF account and also grant of benefit of 6th pay commission and fixation of pension accordingly. 2.
The State has come up with a reply filed in the year 2010 saying that the entire dues payable to the petitioner has already been paid to him. So far as the GPF is concerned, the same has been forwarded to the Office of respondent no.4 for payment. Respondent no.4 has also filed reply categorically stating that the entire GPF balance has been paid to the petitioner and there is no more amount left for authorization.
3.
At this juncture, counsel for the petitioner submits that perhaps in the light of the fact that his grievances have been redressed, the petitioner is not contacting him since then. He pleads no instruction. 4.
In view of the fact that the respondents have already stated in their reply that the pension papers have been processed and also the GPF having been processed by the respondents to be paid to the petitioner, nothing further remains to be adjudicated upon.
5.
Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of as having become infructuous.
6. It is made clear that in case if the petitioner still has any grievance in respect of any unpaid payment, he may move a representation immediately to the concerned respondents which in turn the respondents shall proceed further and decide the same at the earliest.
