1. Heard.

2. The instant petition is filed for the following reliefs :- "(A) That this Hon'ble Court may kindly issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondent authorities to pass orders in departmental enquiry and release retirement dues payable to petitioner.

(B) That any other relief which this court thinks fit in the interest of justice & enquity."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that while the petitioner was in service a departmental inquiry was commenced and

after his retirement the same is not concluded, therefore, the retiral benefits are in hold.

4. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that within further period of two months, the departmental inquiry will be concluded and the orders will be passed.

5. With the above observation, the petition stands disposed of and accordingly it is ordered.
