1. The limited prayer that the petitioner has sought in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondents 4, 5 & 7 for deciding the representation of the petitioner so far as the unpaid bills are concerned.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the respondents 4, 5 & 7 to decide the representation of the petitioner at the earliest preferably within 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
