1. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that amount of C.M.P.F. has not been paid by respondent No.5 to the petitioners though it has been recommended by the SECL.
2. Be that as it may, respondent No.5 is directed to consider the case of the petitioners for release of amount of C.M.P.F. strictly in accordance with law within 30 days from the date
of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed off. No cost(s).
