(2) The petitioner being the proprietor of Royal Travesl has failed to show any valid and sufficinet reasons in his application as to why he is entitled for copy of drving licence of one Zafar Ali, son of Liyakat Ali, in absence thereof, no such direction can issued to provide copy of driving licence of one Zafar Ali, son of Liyakat Ali to the petitioner.
