2. As per the memo of Special Judge, N.D.P.S Act, Bastar at Jagdalpur, Police Station Kurud intimated that appellant Suresh Sharma has died.

3. As per the photocopy of death certificate appellant Suresh Sharma S/o Bharat Lal Sharma has died on 09/03/2012. Because the sole appellant has died, thus the appeal is dismissed as abated.
