1. Heard.

2. By the impugned order passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Jabalpur, Circuit Sitting at Bilaspur, the Original Application preferred by the respondent has been allowed and the petitioners herein, who were the respondents before the Tribunal, are directed to reconsider the case of the respondent in the light of the previous order passed by the Tribunal in OA No.203/00929/2014 dated 28.11.2017 and the order passed by

WPS No. 1709 of 2020 this Court in WPS No. 1349/2018 (South Eastern Central Railway and another Vs. Yashvant and others) decided on 3.4.2018.

3. The respondent is the grandson of the land holder, whose land was acquired for the benefit of SECR. He moved the Original Application seeking entitlement for benefit of the Rehabilitation Scheme as per the Policy of the SECR.

4. The Tribunal has quoted para 3 & 4 of the order dated 3.4.2018 passed by this Court in Yashvant and others (supra), in the impugned order to conclude that the matter in issue is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court.

5. Having examined the material, we are satisfied that indeed the matter in issue is covered by the order passed by this Court in Yashvant and others (supra).
