The petitioner who has been engaged on emolument basis to train Anganbadi Worker has filed this petition challenging her transfer vide order dated 16.05.2016. The only ground for challenge is that the petitioner is now being shifted to a place to train Anganbadi Worker of a particular Anganbadi Centre which has already been closed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner drew attention of this Court to memo dated 09.06.2016 of the Secretary, Jila Sanchalan Samiti working under Chhattisgarh Rajya Bal Kalyan Parishad.

In view of the memo dated 09.06.2016, the Secretary of respondent No.2 should examine the case of the petitioner. Necessary instructions in this regard may be issued by the Secretary of respondent No.2 within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
