Considering the reasons assigned in the said Application and the same found to be satisfactory I.A. No. 1 is allowed. Delay of 78 days in filing the present Criminal Revision is condoned.

The present Criminal Revision has been preferred challenging the order dated 25.01.2016 passed in Sessions Trial No.57/2015 by the Additional Sessions Judge (F.T.C.), Bilaspur, District - Bilaspur (C.G.). Vide the said impugned order the Court below has rejected the application which the Applicant had moved under Section 311 of Cr.P.C. 4.

A perusal of the record would show that the Court below has given

specific reasons for not according the matter. In the opinion of this Court that the reasons assigned by the Court below is just and proper looking to the facts and circumstances of the case and does not warrant any interference. 5.

Accordingly, the present Criminal Revision being devoid of merit, the same is dismissed.
