I find that though this Court had directed to consider the case of compassionate appointment only, the petitioner in his representation, has also raised an issue of payment of Gratuity and provident fund which is subjudice before this Court. Therefore, no contempt proceedings can be initiated against the respondent. The contempt petition is, therefore, misconceived and dismissed. 3.
