The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as she is arrested in connection with Crime No.53/2021 registered in Police Station- Bhanupratappur, District Kanker (C.G.) for offence punishable under section 306 of Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, one Abhishek Giri committed suicide by hanging on 23/09/2020 and according to the prosecution he was in love affair with the present applicant though he was married, therefore when he was pressed for marriage he committed suicide. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that immediately after the death the merg intimation would show that no reason was assigned, subsequently the story has come up. The applicant is in jail since 22/02/2021, charge sheet is filed, no further investigation is required, therefore the applicant may be released on bail. 4.

Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail. 5.

Considering the facts and the nature of allegation, charge sheet is filed, applicant is in jail since 22/02/2021, this court is inclined to release

the applicant on bail.

Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant shall be released on her furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of concerned trial court for her regular appearance before it as and when directed.
