The ground of challenge against the transfer order is that even though the petitioner never made any application for transfer on his own request, impugned order shows that he has been transfered on his own request. The allegation made in the petition is serious.

Respondent No. 1/State, through a responsible officer, shall get inquiry made in the matter and appropriate decision be taken in the matter. It
is expected that the inquiry shall be completed within 30 days. 3.
For a period of 30 days, petitioner shall not be disturbed from his present place of posting.
