1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation about illegal construction to respondent No.2/Nagar Palika Parishad, Kumhari which may be directed to be considered and decided expeditiously.

2. Be that as it may, respondent No.2/Nagar Palika Parishad, Kumhari is directed to do the needful and consider the representation of the petitioner within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of.
