1. The limited prayer, which the petitioner seeks is for a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the representation dated 03.02.2018 (Annex.P/5) filed by the petitioner.

3. Accordingly the present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and to decide it in accordance with merits.

4. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits so far as the entitlement of the petitioner is concerned.

The respondents shall be free to decide the representation in accordance with rules governing the field.
