Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were served with a notice to pay water tax of Rs.5870/-, Rs.5470/- & Rs.5870/- respectively on 24.12.2020. He contends that earlier the petitioners have paid certain water tax and now they are ready to pay tax from September, 2019 as earlier to that, the entire tax was paid, therefore, under the circumstances, the petitioners have made representation to the Assistant Engineer, C.G. State Housing Board. He prays that the said application may be decided so that how the levy of tax has been made can be arrived at.

Considering such submission, without any further observation to the right of
the petitioners and since the limited prayer is made, respondents 3 & 4 are directed to decide the representation of the petitioners within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the order.
