This is an application for extension of time for payment of the cost imposed by this Court for restoration of the Writ Appeal No. 751 of 2018.

Learned counsel submits that within the time period granted by this Court applicant could not able to deposit the cost and thereafter due to the Covid-19 pandemic situation party could not appear before the counsel. 3.

Taking into consideration the reason assigned by the learned counsel, the time for payment of cost of Rs. 1000/- is extended for a further period of 'one week' from today.
