(3) Be that as it may, the petitioners are permitted to file application for grant of reasonable time before the Executing Court. If such application is filed by the petitioners before the Executing Court, in that

event, the Executing Court shall consider and decide the said application, expeditiously preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. (4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
