Heard on I.A. No.1 - application for withdrawal of Contempt Petition. Learned Counsel for Petitioners submits that pursuant to the correspondence made by Respondents vide Annexure C-7, dated 1.1.2021, issued by the Director, Veterinary Services, Chhattisgarh, the Petitioners as of now do not want to press the present Contempt Petition any further and want to withdraw the same with liberty to approach the Court in case need so arises at a later stage.

In view of above, I.A. No.1 is allowed.

Contempt Petition accordingly stands disposed of as of now with aforesaid liberty.
