In view of the fact that the respondents have taken a stand that the petitioner's land has neither been acquired nor used for construction of NH 200 contrary to the petitioner's submission that his land has been used for such construction, the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), Champa, is directed to demarcate the land belonging to the petitioner and show to him his land bearing Khasra No.146/2 & 146/3 on the spot and erect the boundary wall by poles with Barbed Wire fencing. The expenses of which shall be borne by the petitioner.
