The petitioner has been transferred from Durg to Bemetara which is less than a distance of 100 kms. The petitioner is a Class II Gazetted Officer. Therefore, the ground which has been raised is more a matter of consideration for the administrative authority and not the Court. 3.

The petitioner may prefer representation to the competent authority / transferring authority, who may consider and take decision on his representation. 4.
