1. Heard.

2. The limited grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner was superannuated on 31.07.2019 and despite the fact that no recovery order exist, the retiral dues of the petitioner has been withheld without any reason. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner has made an application to the Secretary, Department of Urban Administration & Development (Respondent No. 1) on 22.01.2020 which may be directed to be decided within a specified period of time.

3. Considering the limited grievance as has been projected as of now, since as

appears that application has been already presented, Respondent No. 1 is directed to decide the same within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
