The grievance of the petitioner is that despite orders of the Director, Health Services and the State Government, the issue with regard to petitioner's entitlement for medical reimbursement is again reopened by the Chief Executive Officer of the Bank vide its Memo dated 13.03.2015. After retirement from the service of Government, she suffered from heart disease and she had undergone surgery in the year 2011. Even after five years, reimbursement has not been taken place and the matter has been kept pending. 2.

The issue with regard to the petitioner's entitlement for medical reimbursement is set at rest by memo dated 29.06.2011 of the Director, Medical Education and State Government letter dated 26.07.2011.

Therefore, the Chief Executive Officer has apparently entered into unnecessary correspondence to reopen the matter without any authority. The medical reimbursement of the petitioner, as per State Government letter dated 26.07.2011 and Director's memo dated 29.06.2011, Rs.1,91,675/- be immediately reimbursed and necessary steps be taken within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by the Co-operative Bank. 4.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.
