Hon'ble Shri Justice Pritinker Diwaker Order On Board 09/07/2015 This MC.C. has been filed for recalling the order dated 17.6.2015 passed by this Court in W.P.(Cr.) No. 119/2015.
On 17.6.2015 counsel for the petitioner withdrew this petition with liberty to avail the appropriate remedy including that of filing contempt petition for noncompliance of the earlier order passed by this court. Since the petitioner himself has withdrawn the writ petition, there is no reason for recalling the order dated 17.6.2015. Accordingly, the order dated 17.6.2015 is left as it is. However the applicant may avail the remedy available to him under the law. M.C.C. is accordingly rejected. Sd/- (Pritinker Diwaker) Judge suguna
