Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/defendant No.1 would submit that the defendant's No.1 application for staying the decree has not been considered in toto. 2.
I have heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.
Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make fresh application for grant of stay before the first appellate Court and that will be considered and decided by the said Court expeditiously preferably within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order after hearing the affected parties in accordance with law. 4.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. Certified copy, today.
