1. Learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the respondents may be allowed to withdraw the notice dated 8.9.2017 (Annexure P/1) with liberty to serve the notice and thereafter to proceed in accordance with law and till then, premises will be unlocked.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners has no objection if the notice will be withdrawn and premises will be unlocked.

3. Accordingly, the respondents are allowed to withdraw the notice dated 8.9.2017, unlock the premises and thereafter to proceed strictly in accordance with law.

4. With the aforesaid aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands

disposed of. No cost(s).
