1. This writ petition has been filed challenging the notice issued to the petitioner by the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue).

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that issuance of notice by the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue) is without jurisdiction and without authority of law.

3. Learned State counsel opposes the submission and supports the issuance of notice by the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue).

4. Be that as it may, the petitioner may file reply to that notice before the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue) and the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), after hearing the parties, shall decide the same and pass order in accordance with law, within 45 days from the date of receipt of reply. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), he can proceed, in accordance with law.

5. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
