Agrawal Order On Board 06/10/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the State would submit that against the impugned order dated 08.06.2017 passed by respondent No.5 the petitioner has remedy to file an application before the competent authority under Section 64(2)(iv) of the Chhattisgarh Co-operative Societies Act, 1960.

(2) At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be permitted to file an application before the competent authority under Section 64(2)(iv) of the Chhattisgarh Co-operative Societies Act, 1960. (3) The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable. (4) The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file the said application before the competent authority. If such application is filed by the petitioner, in that event the competent authority shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law, expeditiously.
