1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's property has been acquired, but compensation has not been paid.

2. Be that as it may, the petitioner may make representation before respondents No.2 and 3 which shall be considered and decided expeditiously within 45 days, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With this observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
