Agrawal Order On Board 27/09/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the notice for demolishing the house of the petitioner has been issued by respondent No.4 on 24.08.2017 and therefore, she may be allowed to make representation before the respondent authorities for redressal of her grievances.

(2) Learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that if the representation is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be considered and taking a decision on her representation as per law and

thereafter, the further proceeding will be taken-up on the notice. (3) In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent authorities to decide the petitioner's representation, expeditiously.
