On 09.08.2016, counsel for the applicant has taken time for moving appropriate application to bring the LRs of deceased applicant on record. Though, more than two months have passed, there is no such application moved by the applicant in this regard.

The present revision petition is against the judgment of acquittal which has been passed 13 years back i.e. on 23.06.2003. It appears that legal heirs of the applicant in the present petition are not interested to pursue with the revision petition any further and perhaps for this reason, today on two occasions when the matter was called on for hearing, there was representation on behalf of the applicant. Accordingly, the revision petition is dismissed as having abated.
