1. The limited prayer that petitioner prays for is permitting the petitioner to make representation to the respondent no.1, 2 & 3 in respect of anomaly in the basic pay i.e. the salary paid to the petitioner.
2. Learned State counsel submits that subject to the petitioner making appropriate representation the same shall be considered in accordance with the rules governing the field.
3. Given the said submissions, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the petitioner to make fresh detailed representation supported with all relevant and cogent documents in support of their contentions to respondent no.1, 2, & 3 within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Respondent no.1, 2, & 3 in turn shall decide
the claim of the petitioner within a further period of 60 days from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioner.
4. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case so far as entitlement of the petitioner is concerned. Authorities are expected to take a decision purely and strictly in accordance with the rules governing the field.
